本公司以“便捷、诚信、和谐、卓越”作为安全、环境和职业健康安全的综合管理方针，将安全和环境保护视为所从事工作的一个重要组成部分。公司安全、环境目标是：办公场所污水和废弃物排放符合国家法律法规要求，船舶污水和废弃物排放符合国际公约、规则和强制性标准要求严格执行排放规定，并尽可能减少排废总量，努力降低船舶燃油消耗，单位耗油率≤10千克/千顿海里。采用技术革新，保护有限资源，采取有效措施，避免对环境产生负面影响。公司依据ISO14001标准建立环境管理体系。通过对环境因素的辩识，评估环境的风险，制定相应的措施和管理方案，确保与环境和职业健康安全有关适用的国际公约、规则、我国法律、法规和其他要求得到遵守，防止排放废弃物和污水对环境的污染和破坏。公司建立员工培训程序，加强对员工环保知识和环保技能的教育，以提高环境意识。通过实施环境管理体系的内、外部审核程序、日常及年度考核程序和利益相关方意见征询机制，加强对环境行为的监视，对存在的不足通过履行纠正和预防程序加以不断完善，以持续改进公司环境绩效，构筑一个PDCA循环的安全和环境管理体系。公司通过门户网站和局域网络，上传公司环境报告和可持续发展报告，以及相关环境信息，供内部员工和外部公众查阅公司环境政策、方针和业绩。

The Company treats safety and environmental conservation as a part of daily work. The objectives of safety and environment conservation are: the discharge of effluents and garbage in the office areas complies with the state laws and regulations; the discharge of effluents and garbage on ships complies with the international conventions, regulations, and obligatory standards that must be followed strictly; cut down on the total volume of discharge; try to decrease the consumption of vessel-applied fuels with the unit fuel consumption less than (≤)10 kg/ Kilo T Knot. Negative influence shall be prevented by adopting technological innovation, conserving the limited resources and taking effective measures. The Company establishes an environment management system in accordance with ISO14001standard, which will by identifying the environmental elements, assessing the environmental risks, and making relevant measures and management schemes ensure the compliance with the international conventions, regulations, state laws and regulations, and other requirements applicable to environment and occupational health and prevent the discharged garbage and effluents from destroying and polluting the environment. The Company establishes a Safety Committee, appoints a Safe Quality manager, and sets up a Safe Technology Management department and other special departments to charge safety and environmental protection. The Company sets up a staff-training program to improve its employees’ knowledge and techniques about environmental conservation so as to enhance their environmental awareness. By implementing the internal and external auditing program about the supervision over environmental behaviors, the routine and annual evaluation program, and the mechanism for collecting advice from stakeholders, the Company strengthens its supervision over environmental behaviors, constantly improves its environmental performance by bettering the existing weaknesses through the correcting and preventing program, and builds up a PDCA Cycle of safety and environment management system. The Company uploads its reports on environment and sustainable development and other relevant information onto its website and local area network for the internal staff and the external public to consult its environmental policies, guidelines and performance.
