公司建立《相关方管理程序》,加强对供应链的管理,向供应商传递公司对环境保护的政策和做法。公司要求外包和供应商遵循国际公约规则和所在国的环境保护法律法规,在保证服务质量、保护生态环境的前提下,高度关注环境保护的核心价值理念和原则,并在其业务领域内积极倡导。公司每年在对供应商进行能力评价时,评估其环境方面的业绩,作为选择评价供应商的标准,促使符合环境业绩标准的供应商的比例逐年增加。
The Stakeholders Management Procedure was established by the Company to intensify the control over the supplying chain and convey to suppliers the management guidelines, the policies and practices relating to environment and CSR. The outsourcers and suppliers of the Company are required to conform to the international conventions and the local laws and regulations. With the premises that the service quality is ensured, the ecological environment is protected, the health of the staff is guaranteed, and the Company pays much attention to social performance; accepts, actively supports and implements the core value and principles regarding human rights, labor standard, environmental protection and anti-corruption in its business world. When annually assessing the ability of the suppliers, the Company evaluates suppliers’ performances on environment and social responsibility that selects suppliers according to the results. And this effort increases year by year the proportion of the suppliers who conform to environment and social responsibility management system.

公司总部作为全系统的决策和管理中心,通过各种手段将公司致力于环境保护的战略和目标,以及相关的实施方案传递和下达到各分公司和分支机构。公司通过与被委托的船舶管理部门签定的管理协议,将船舶管理中可能遇到的各种环境风险加以识别,规定了相互责任和控制要求,并建立紧急情况的处置机制,以应对突发事故的发生,减少损失,防止污染。公司建立质量、环境、职业健康安全管理体系,对公司相关方施加重要环境、社会和安全要求的影响,以保证各项措施的落实。公司通过建立内控机制,保证对各下属公司的经营纪律检查,控制违规行为的发生。同时,搜集和了解下属公司和分支机构建立运行质量、环境和职业安全管理体系的情况,以及获证情况。要求逐步建立上述管理体系,并通过审核认证,以满足法律法规和有关要求。
As the decision-making and controlling center, the Headquarters of the Company conveys by all means to the subsidiaries, branches and sub-branches the social responsibility, strategy and targets of sustainable development that the Company engages in and the relevant schemes of implementation. For instance, IRIS-2 operation system is adopted to regulate the behaviors of the staff in service, which provided the customers with more direct, more effective and wider service and intensifies internal control. By signing management agreement with the administrative department of the entrusted vessel management company, all the social risks and environmental risks that may be encountered in managing the vessels are identified, the mutual responsibility and controlling requirements are regulated, and the emergency handling mechanism is set up to deal with urgent cases, to reduce loss and to prevent pollution. By establishing quality, environment and occupational health and safety management system, the influence of environment, society and safety requirements are exerted on the related parties of the Company to make sure all the measures are taken. By setting up internal management mechanism, the Company monitors whether the subsidiaries observe the operation disciplines and reduces the occurrence of violation. In 2005, CSR management system was only established in the Headquarters to carry out the strategy and objectives of the sustainable development. In 2006, the influence and the scope of the system will be expanded gradually. Notice will be passed on to the branches, the sub-branches, the subsidiaries, and the administrative companies of the entrusted vessels. The Company will publicize and introduce the policies and regulations on the implementation of the Global Compact, stimulate the implementation of relative measures to ensure the realization of the objectives of the sustainable development. Meanwhile, the Company will collect the information on the implementation of the quality, environment and career safety control systems in the subsidiaries, the branches and the sub-branches and the information on certification. It is demanded that the systems mentioned above be established step by step and pass the certificate verification to meet the requirements of laws and regulations.
